Section 208(1)
NOTICE SPECIFYING AN ACTIVITY EXCLUSION ZONE
This notice prohibits:
- all persons, other than members, officers or personnel of Victoria Police, State
Emergency Service, Victorian Fisheries Authority, Corangamite Catchment
Management Authority and Safe Transport Victoria, and
- all vessels, other than those operated by Victoria Police, State Emergency Service,
Victorian Fisheries Authority, Corangamite Catchment Management Authority and
Safe Transport Victoria, and vessels expressly authorised by members, officers or
personnel of Victoria Police, State Emergency Service, Victorian Fisheries Authority,
Corangamite Catchment Management Authority and Safe Transport Victoria,
from entering, or remaining in, the following State waters:
- the waters of Lake Colac within a 100 metre radius of the Lake Colac No.1 Regulator
(in approximate position 38° 16’35.97” S, 143° 37’12.88” E) in the north east corner
of the lake, as marked by buoys.
This notice comes into effect at 12pm on 4 July 2023 and remains in effect until 12am on 31
October 2023.
