On Monday 11th of April, the Corangamite Catchment Management Authority hosted over 20 community members at the Barwon Heads Golf Club for an 'Orange-bellied Parrot Walk and Talk' event.
The event consisted of presentations from our two fantastic guest speakers, Craig Morley, Co-ordinator of the Orange-bellied Parrot Bellarine Peninsula Regional Group and Sarah Agterhius, Project Officer for the Orange-bellied Parrot Mainland Release Trial.
Corangamite CMA Project Officer Angus Donaldson led the group on a short walk amongst the Saltmarsh, a critical habitat for the Orange-bellied Parrot.
