The Corangamite Catchment Management Authority (CMA) is hosting a Curdies River Community Forum and invites all interested community members and stakeholders to come and hear the latest research on the health of the Curdies River.
The Corangamite CMA will host a panel featuring researchers, community, industry and Landcare representatives.
Corangamite CMA will provide context to the history of management in the Curdies River catchment and Deakin University researchers will present their latest understanding of nutrient enrichment in the river and what is causing recurrent blue-green algae blooms.
Community members will be invited to ask questions and share their knowledge to help inform the research and future recommendations for the Curdies River.
