CALLING ALL LANDHOLDERS ALONG THE UPPER BARWON RIVER

Corangamite CMA is looking to design approaches to protect the Barwon River and are seeking to engage, in the first instance, the landholders along the Upper Barwon section of the river. To support this we have engaged Monash University to conduct a series of interviews with landholders in the Upper Barwon River.

The interviews aim to explore what motivates or would potentially prevent them from engaging in different practices to manage river frontage, such as fencing off waterways, weed management and revegetation.
